Lila is 25 weeks old. This week has been filled with rocking and inching and pushing and going! Lila loves to climb all over daddy. Lila loves everything about daddy. She lights up when she sees him. His voice brings happiness to her heart, she can't say so yet but it is written all over her face. In the morning Lila reaches back and forth touching daddy. This past morning Lila was starting to wake up, she had one hand on mommy and one on daddy she would open her eyes, look at him and fall back asleep smiling.
Lila has been holding onto mommy's hair almost as long as she has been alive but this week she started playing with it. She gently touches it and is so curious, it is very cute. This is a given, since everything she does is cute.
Did I mention last week Lila tried an apple. She sucked on one mommy was eating. She wanted it so mommy let her have it. Lila tried it, pulled away, then looked at the apple and raid her eyebrows. "that was yummy and interesting" is what she seemed to think. A fee days later mommy let her try a strawberry too. She only sucked on them. She loved them.
Lila loves Mango, which makes mommy miss Pip even more. When Lila is napping in the rocking chair the first thing she does when she wakes up is look for mango. Lila can be fussing and mommy says "where's the kitty?" Lila looks for Mango and smiles when she spots her. Lila has got to pet Mango a couple of times this week. She loves animals.
