Today Lila is 43 weeks old. This week started off fun. Daddy took Lila to locomotion while mommy worked on Sunday. She got to show him all her favorite things, and discover some new ones. Monday Lila saw her first live concert at the Children's museum and loved it ( including the bubble mosh pit at the end).
This week Lila has been working all her wonderful words. She says two words together (bye bye dada) (hi cat)
One day when dada went to work Lila missed him so much. All day long she said " dada bye bye"
Lila also started saying bye bye when she is ready to go (or go to sleep) she has added night night to her words and a few others I can't recall at this moment.
Lila has been really busy while playing. She loves taking things in and out and off and on. She loves to stand on her chair facing out the window and play with her stuffed animals. She shakes them around, talking the entire time.
On Thursday Lila got sick. She threw up on mommy in hobby lobby and wasn't herself for the rest of the day, that evening she developed a fever and that night tossed and turned (and cried) and kept mommy and daddy up all night. Friday was not better and Friday night was even worse. mommy held Lila all night. Today Lila seemed to be feeling not quite so terrible. But mostly she just slept and wanted to go on walks. It's no fun to be sick and hard for daddy and mommy but soon Lila will be better and her immune system one illness stronger.
